Frothy electro-pop, warped tape effects and blissed-out compositions form the basis of this collection from Simian Ghost. Pitch bending from mid-80’s electro to shoegaze via the reverb drenched soundscapes of chill wave, the tracks present like songs that are remixes of themselves. That’s not to say they are disjointed, more that they establish an idea then turn it inside out once familiarity has set in.
